My very first award

In the past three weeks my blog has gone from 2 followers to 12!
One of my newest followers is Lauren, a young lady who has a beautiful blog named Her Silent Musings.
Lauren and I both are members at The Secret is In The Sauce where they offer daily opportunities to meet other women bloggers and support each other by commenting on their blog posts. Lauren visited my blog and offered me the Circle of Friends Award (shown above). Thanks! I really appreciate it!

1. Write on my blog and read the blogs of others

2. Bake cookies, cakes, and other fattening foods and then feed them to my friends and family

3. Read any book I can find by Stephanie Meyer, Diana Gabaldon, Philippa Gregory, and many many others.

4. Watch movies

5. Practice my wanna-be Domestic Superhero skills
