Today she showcased some embarrassing photos of herself over the years and challenged her readers to a duel.
Surely no one can have worse pictures than hers, right?
Well, you may all remember the pics of me on my various birthdays from earlier this week. Remember how I said my dad gave each of us girls all the photos of us as children (actually there are over a 100 of him as a small child and many of both my parents in high school and their early years of marriage as well). I just chose to share the ones of the birthdays. Never mind all the other embarrassing pics that had nothing to do with a birthday.
So, fidget...it just so happens I do have some funny pictures too....take a look!
This is my mom and I.
Taken in our back yard in Oklahoma.
This is me probably around the age of 4.
My mom most likely made this outfit for me.
My mom made this bunny outfit for me, complete with a handmade carrot.
My mom rocked the sewing machine.
BTW...keep an eye on those bunny ears, they just might appear later in another pic.
Little girls nowadays have little pink outfits with tutus
pretty pink hair bows.
Not so much in 1980.
My mom made matching Christmas morning PJs for myself and all the cousins.
Did I mention I think I had 10 cousins when this pic was taken?
I look like a little raggamuffin...because I was.
This must have been one of my first day of school pics.
Check out my Oreo bag...I have absolutely no memory of that bag.
Another first day of school pic.
Good lord I was an awkward looking child.
More Halloween fun.
I was a fairy princess, my little sister was Peter Pan, and Caryn was a Go-go dancer?
I just like this pic because my little sister is wearing my dad's Jack Daniel's hat.
I have no words for this picture.
Lord in heaven its amazing I made it through my childhood with any friends at all.
Lovely fashion sense, don't you think?
Thank God I didn't have daughters of my own.
Hey, look....we found a new friend.
Moooommmmm, can we keep him?
No wonder everyone makes fun of girl scouts.
My first communion.
Sweet Lord who picked out that dress and horrid hat?
Oh, that's right. I did.
As promised...my dad
Wearing my bunny costume...at least part of it.
Dad has always been a good sport.
And a little immature.
