Stellan

I was referred to a new blog recently in the course of reading my friend Robin's blog. She wrote a moving post entitled 'Perspective'. In it she went on to talk about our lives and the ups and downs and how sometimes it takes something earth-shattering like this sick little boy named Stellan to grab our attention, give us a good shake, and make us take each one of our children in our arms and hug them a little tighter and tell them we love them. Because our children are well, but this mother's little boy is very very sick.
Stellan is the 4th child of a prodigious blogger named MckMama. You can find her page by clicking Here. For years she has shared her life, her faith in Jesus Christ, and her humble prayer requests. Well, she has a doozie and her little boy needs all he can get. In support of her son she has begun receiving photos of Stellan's name written out in the most interesting places and ways. Many are taken on beaches with his name signed in the sand. Some are made with marbles, M&Ms, animal crackers, yarn, etc. Well, this angel and his family have been on my mind and in my prayers so much in the past few days that I decided to send them one myself.
The challenge however has been in finding something I have enough of to spell Stellan's name without using something that has already been done (there are hundreds on his site Here). So I realized that I have a gazillion Baby Einstein toys, videos, books, flashcards, etc. since Sam and Noah are fanatics of all things Baby Einstein. So, this is the new addition we have sent to be included into Stellan's gallery:

Would you please join me in praying for this little angel, his family, the doctors and nurses, and the church family supporting the family during this medical crisis? Thankfully as Christians we know that God is still in the miracle working business!
